Living on Long Island you are never far from the water, and I absolutely love being able to shoot at the beach. This family is one of my favorite client families. I have been shooting for them since their little boy was born and I hope to continue to be able to watch them grow. This day was super windy and gray and at first I was disappointed that we would not be able to get any sunset pictures, but then I saw how amazing the clouds were and how great they would look in black and white with the contrast.
Newborn-Photography-session-BabyT
I am very far behind in blogging. I don’t know why I find it hard to blog, I love sharing my sessions and I know this is the best way to do that but I guess it is just something that tends to fall to the end of the list of priorities. Well, at least I finally got around to this blogging this session. Also, I am running a special at the moment. Book a newborn session before March 31st and you will get a free mini-maternity session. Baby does not have to be born by March 31st but the session must be booked with a contract and deposit.
It's time for a giveaway!
I adore photographing my clients in their homes, so I have decided to start a giveaway for a free in-home lifestyle mini-session. So, 30 minutes, your home, doing what you do, relaxing, baking cookies, reading books, whatever it is that makes you as a family unique. So enter to win, and share the news! And to give you an idea of what that might look like, I have included some images below of past in-home sessions.
A beach session to warm you up
As I sit in my office and it’s only 20 degrees outside, I figured I could blog one of the beach sessions I never had a chance to blog yet. I absolutely love doing beach sunset sessions, the light is just gorgeous! I feel myself warming just looking at these.
Family session at Rye Playland
This was my third year working with the Noyes family. As I have said one of my favorite perks of my job is watching my client’s grow. These boys are getting so big and they are so much fun to work with!
